Colorfest

One of Mentone's main attractions that draws people from all over is its glorious view of changing leaves in the fall. A local festival, Colorfest, is held the third weekend in October every year specifically to celebrate fall's beauty. Travelers come from far and wide to enjoy the colors for the weekend, and vendors set up shop in Brow Park to sell their wares. After the town joins in both preparing and celebrating fall's spectacular show of color, one and all come to be entertained and see the view.

Rhododendron Festival

Brow Park also comes alive during the third weekend of May for the Rhododendron Festival. This well-known local flower highlights the festivities of the weekend dedicated to celebrating the height of its blossom. Similar to Colorfest, music and entertainment is provided as people enjoy the spring season.
